Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to browse and shop Vital Threads. Our goal is for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we keep working toward it as the site changes.

What we've done

• Checked color contrast for text, buttons and focus states across our palette.
• Added alt text to images, and marked decorative images so screen readers skip them.
• Made menus, product galleries, the cart and forms work with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
• Added a pause control to moving text, and we follow your device's reduced-motion setting.
• Labeled form fields, used one main heading per page in a clear order, and added a skip-to-content link.
• Tested pages with automated tools (axe-core and Lighthouse) and keyboard-only navigation, at desktop and mobile widths.

Known limitations

Some features come from third-party apps, such as the email sign-up pop-up, product reviews, the Instagram feed and the chat widget. We don't control all of their code, so parts of them may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA.
