Return & Refund Policy
At Vital Threads, each item is custom-made just for you the moment you place your order. Because our products are printed on demand through our production partner, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, selecting the wrong color, or changing your mind.
Please double-check your order details — especially sizing and color — before completing your purchase. If you’re unsure about sizing, refer to the size guide on each product page or contact us at admin@vitalthreads.store for help before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we’re here to make it right.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing admin@vitalthreads.store. Include the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo (or video) showing the issue
- If multiple items are affected, a photo of all items together in one frame
Once verified, we’ll offer a free replacement or a refund — no need to return the item. If you prefer, feel free to keep or donate the defective item.
Please note:
- For direct-to-garment (DTG) products, a tolerance of 0.5" in print placement is considered acceptable and not a defect.
- If your order could not be delivered due to an incorrect address or absence at delivery, we can offer a reprint at an additional cost or a partial refund.
EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, even if there's no defect. However, because all products are custom-made, returns are only accepted for defective items. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
